Brentwood, TN — As President Donald Trump continues to fight to protect the sanctity of the ballot box, Senator Marsha Blackburn joined her Republican colleagues in submitting an amicus brief to the Supreme Court of the United States supporting petitioners in the case of Mark Brnovich (Arizona’s Attorney General) v. Democratic National Committee (DNC) and fighting against election fraud.
“President Trump is well within his right to exercise every legal resource to ensure integrity within our election system, and we should all be standing with him every step of the way – this is not a partisan issue,” said Senator Blackburn. “This amicus brief will provide additional support to the patriots standing with President Trump and fighting back against election fraud – we must have transparency in our election system. In America, it’s one person, one vote. It’s imperative that our states maintain integrity in their elections, especially as Democrats look to take Georgia and change the soul of America.”
