Brentwood, TN – The Marsha for U.S. Senate campaign today launched its first TV ad of the cycle, which will air on TV and digital platforms across the state.
Speaking about the ad, communications director Savannah Newhouse said, “While Big Tech spends billions to keep kids addicted to their platforms, Senator Blackburn is holding their feet to the fire. Her bipartisan legislation, which requires social media companies to report heinous exploitative content on their platforms, recently became law – marking a significant step forward in the fight to protect children online. Now, she is leading the charge to create an online environment that puts the safety of young users first. Few lawmakers have been so effective in holding Big Tech accountable as Senator Blackburn, and she’ll build on that strong record when Tennesseans send her back to the U.S. Senate.”
